MY RESEARCH
My research is rooted in organisational studies and business ethics, with a particular interest in individual ethical construction for employees of the private sector, in the context of neoliberal business practices.
For my PhD research, I applied this interest to the study of experiences of oil and gas industry employees (current and former) in relation to climate change, using qualitative methods.

ABOUT ME
Born and raised in a farm in a little French village near the German border, my desire to learn and explore led me to a wonderful blend of early experiences, from studying at the Sorbonne, operating rollercoasters, to teaching in Ireland.

In 2005, I came over to the United Kingdom on a low-cost flight with little more than a backpack, looking for an adventure.
​
The backpack turned into a home, my first job into a career in HR, and with more change and personal growth on the horizon, the adventure still continues...
